Thank you for choosing LEAF. This Shipping Policy describes how your supplement order is processed and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
IMPORTANT : ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPING FROM THE US.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g. 2:00 PM] or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. During promotions or high-demand periods, processing may take longer; we'll notify you of significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Estimated delivery times: Are 7 days shipping for in the US, and 7-14 days for worldwide shipping.

OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA = SHIPPING COST CALCULATED AT CHEACKOUT
Delivery estimates run from the dispatch date and are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
If you sign up for a recurring/subscription order, your shipments will be processed and dispatched automatically according to the schedule you select. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting leaf.customerservice@gmail.com. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full subscription terms.
Storage & Handling in Transit
Our products are packaged to remain stable during normal shipping conditions. Please bring your order indoors promptly after delivery and store as directed on the product label (e.g. in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight).
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact leaf.customerservice@gmail.com immediately.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges, and some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements. These charges and any compliance with local import rules are the customer's responsibility. LEAF is not responsible for orders delayed, seized, or refused by customs, and cannot refund products confiscated by customs authorities.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. LEAF is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned packages due to address errors may incur reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photographs and we will help resolve the issue.
