Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable health supplements, specific safety and hygiene rules apply to returns. Please read this policy carefully.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, supplements can only be returned if they are:
- Unopened, with the original factory seal fully intact
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Not past or near their expiration/best-before date
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, partially used, or tampered products, as these cannot be resold or guaranteed safe. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or incorrect products (see below).
How to Start a Return
- Email leaf.customer.service@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll respond with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the sealed, unopened item back within the timeframe provided.
Do not send products back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, customers cover return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm the seal is intact, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–15] business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, expired on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at leaf.customer.service@gmail.com with photographs of the product and batch/lot number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable. Please do not consume a product you believe is faulty or compromised.
Subscriptions
For subscription orders, you may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy. We are unable to refund shipped subscription orders solely because cancellation was forgotten; please cancel before your renewal date.
Adverse Reactions & Safety
If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Contact us at leaf.customer.service@gmail.com to report the issue. Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and individual results may vary. Always read the label and consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Statutory Rights (EU Customers)
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Please note that, under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected.
